Neptune Beach Pearl Baseball is a non-profit youth baseball organization based in Alameda, California focused on skill development, competition, and community involvement through the game of baseball.

Since its inception since 2010, the Pearl has trained, coached, and mentored Bay Area youth and top collegiate talent from every major NCAA conference. The three main areas are:

Diamond Skills Camp- Over 250 sessions since 2010 in Alameda, Contra Costa County, Monterey, and Sacramento areas. 

Youth Baseball Teams- Both in the competitive Northern California travel ball circuit, local leagues (680 League, Little League 50/70 Division, and the Pearl's own local Fall Ball League)

Indoor Batting Cage and Training Facility- Located in Alameda's South Shore Center that features two hitting tunnels, a designated tee and front toss area, strength and conditioning equipment, Hit Trax System, and our own BSP Training Program.
