BSP is a cornerstone of the Pearl program, providing structured winter off-season training during the months of December and January. These classes are designed to help athletes improve balance, strength, mobility, and power, while building a strong foundation for the upcoming baseball season.

 

Training sessions focus on proper movement patterns, core stability, injury prevention, and age-appropriate strength development. BSP emphasizes long-term athletic growth, helping players move better, become more explosive, and gain confidence in their physical abilities.  Additionally players stay sharp with weekly Batting Practice. 

 

Classes are organized by age and skill level to ensure safe instruction and individualized attention. BSP is ideal for players looking to stay active in the off-season, enhance overall athletic performance, and arrive at spring training prepared and healthy.
